Rabiot to Chelsea FC? Ronaldo to Man Utd? Evra to PSG?

Adrien Rabiot
- Following David Moyes' admission that Manchester United still believe they can lure Cristiano Ronaldo back to Old Trafford, a deal after next summer’s World Cup finals to re-sign the Real Madrid ace is on the agenda, according to the Mail on Sunday.

- Patrice Evra will be offered a £31million four-year deal by both Paris Saint-Germain and Monaco to quit Manchester United next summer, according to the Daily Star Sunday.

- Chelsea are ready to open talks with PSG over a deal to sign midfielder Adrien Rabiot, according to Metro.

- France midfielder Yann M'Vila sparked transfer rumours aplenty in Liverpool after being spotted in the away end at the Merseyside derby, according to the Daily Mirror.

- Chelsea defender Ashley Cole's future is in doubt - for his country as well as his club, according to The People.

- Arsene Wenger does not believe Arsenal need to sign a striker in January.

"I think we can win the title without signing a striker," Wenger told reporters.

"[Lukas] Podolski is not back but he shouldn’t be too far now. They make it less critical to sign a striker. Look, I am not against it [signing a player in January]. I don’t say I never make a mistake - I certainly made some. Sometimes it is because we didn’t sign the right player.

"It is always difficult in the middle of the season. If somebody is doing well somewhere the clubs do not necessarily want to sell him. They can wait until the end of the season. Most of the time it is because we didn’t find [the right available player]."

- Chelsea are serious about competing with Real Madrid for Colombian striker Radamel Falcao in January, according to the Daily Express.
