Reus to Man Utd? Higuain to Chelsea FC? Gomis to Tottenham?

- Manchester United have been warned that David Moyes' main transfer target Marco Reus will cost up to £40million, according to the Daily Mail.

- Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is planning a £48m raid for Napoli striker Gonzalo Higuain, according to The Sun.

- Man Utd are poised to make a move for Southampton's Adam Lallana in January, according to the Daily Star.

- But Southampton insist they are under no pressure to sell Lallana.

- Tottenham are eyeing a cut price deal for Lyon striker Bafetimbi Gomis as Tim Sherwood looks to add to his squad in January, according to Metro.

- Ashley Cole has revealed that he would like Chelsea to sign Luke Shaw from Southampton - even though that would add to his challenge in trying to win back a regular place in Jose Mourinho's starting line-up.

Shaw has been linked with Chelsea for some time, and when asked how he felt about Mourinho's reported interest in the 18-year-old, Cole said on Twitter: "hope to see him there to be honest".

- Cardiff City sacked Malky Mackay as manager on Friday afternoon.

- Michael Laudrup has admitted Swansea City could look to sign some new players during the January transfer window as cover for the injured Michu and Nathan Dyer.
