Costa to Man Utd? Kalou to Liverpool FC? Mata to quit Chelsea FC?

Diego Costa
- Manchester United manager David Moyes has sent a scouting party to watch Atletico Madrid striker Diego Costa, and Atheltic Bilbao's Ander Herrera, according to the Daily Mail.

- Nemanja Vidic could leave Manchester United this summer, his agent has claimed.

"At the moment, I would rule out an extension with Manchester United," Silvano Martina told Radio Crc.

"Vidic, given his contract situation, has several teams looking at him.

"Vidic is a very good player and will have no trouble finding a new club. For the time being we are remaining calm."

- Inter Milan have said they intend to keep hold of Fredy Guarin, who has been linked with a January move to Chelsea.

Inter's sporting director Piero Ausilio told Sky Sport Italia: "Guarin is an Inter player and we are happy to keep him.

"Denying the contacts with Chelsea would be denying the evidence. It is a source of pride to talk with them about one of our players, but everything stopped there.

"We are happy Guarin could stay with us for a long time. We don't have the intention to sell him. He's an important player."

- Real Madrid defender Fabio Coentrao may have agreed personal terms with Manchester United, according to The Times.

- But David Moyes faces disappointment over the signings of Coentrao and Atletico Madrid's Koke, according to The Guardian.

- Salomon Kalou is eyeing a January return to the Premier League. There is interest from Liverpool and Tottenham, according to the Daily Mirror.

- Montpellier insist there has been no bid from Manchester United for Remy Cabella - but they expect Newcastle to make an offer this month.

"Manchester has not sent any proposal," club president Laurent Nicollin told Midi Libre.

"As for Newcastle , it seems to me they are about to make one, but I expect confirmation on that. But the idea is still that Remy is with Montpellier until June."

- Inter Milan are set to enter the race to sign Basel winger Mohamed Salah, who continues to be linked with Liverpool, according to Sky Italia.

- Goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen will leave Borussia Monchengladbach after rejecting a new contract.

- Juan Mata will hold showdown talks about his Chelsea future this week with Atletico Madrid ready to pounce, according to the Daily Mirror.
