Benzema to Liverpool FC? Gundogan to Man Utd? Drogba to Chelsea FC?

- Manchester United are sure they have won the £25million battle for Ilkay Gundogan, according to the Daily Star Sunday.

- Didier Drogba is considering rejoining Chelsea when his contract with Galatasaray expires in June, according to the Sunday Times.

- Arturo Vidal, who has been linked with Manchester United and more recently Real Madrid, insists he wants to stay at Juventus.

- Brendan Rodgers believes qualifying for the Champions League will help Liverpool to sign top-class players this summer.

- Rodgers and Liverpool will consider an ambitious move for Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema if they qualify for the Champions League at the end of the season, according to Metro.

- Javier Zanetti will not be prevented from joining Chelsea this summer, Inter Milan president Erick Thohir has said.

Reports in recent days have suggested Zanetti, who turns 41 this summer, is a target for Chelsea, with manager Jose Mourinho said to be ready to offer him a short-term playing deal should he be open to a move away from Italy, before becoming part of the coaching staff at Stamford Bridge in 2015.

- Fernando Torres is wanted by the prospective new billionaire owner of Valencia, according to the Sunday Mirror.

- Roman Abramovich wants Didier Drogba to return to Chelsea as coach to help create a production line of striking talent at Stamford Bridge, according to Metro.

- John Terry has confirmed he hopes to sign a new deal with Chelsea. The Blues skipper is out of contract in the summer.

- Tottenham have been offered the chance to sign AC Milian utility player Kevin Constant at the end of the season in a cut price deal, according to Metro.

- Swansea’s Spanish hitman Michu is wanted by Anzhi Makhachkala, according to The People.
