Van Persie to Arsenal FC? Costa to Chelsea FC? Man Utd 'flatter' Fabregas

- Manchester United are weighing up allowing Robin van Persie to return to former club Arsenal this summer, according to Tuttomercatoweb.

- Cesc Fabregas has admitted he was "flattered" by Manchester United's interest in him last summer.

"I do follow the Premier League a lot and it's always flattering when a club like Manchester United talks very well about you and you can see they want you," Fabregas told BBC's Football Focus.

"But I'm going through an amazing moment [at Barcelona] now."

- Chelsea have been offered Diego Costa in a sensational swap deal involving Thibaut Courtois, according to the Daily Star.

- The future of Ilkay Gundogan, who has been linked with the likes of Manchester United and Real Madrid, remains unresolved, according to the Borussia Dortmund midfielder's agent and father.

- Atletico Madrid are eyeing Tottenham keeper Hugo Lloris, according to the Daily Mirror.

- Arsene Wenger has admitted that Arsenal are still struggling in their contract negotiations with defender Bacary Sagna, who is out of contract at the end of the season.

When asked on Friday if the France international was any closer to committing his long-term future to Arsenal, Wenger told reporters: "No, he is not close to signing [a new deal].

"It is an ongoing process."

- Tottenham have seen off competition from Barcelona to land Nigerian wonderkid Musa Yahaya – dubbed the new Andres Iniesta, according to Metro.
