Costa to Chelsea FC? Garay to Man Utd? FC Barcelona new signings?

- Chelsea are the bookmakers' favourites to sign Diego Costa from Atletico Madrid this summer.

According to several reports in Spain in recent weeks, Chelsea have already agreed to meet Costa's £32million buy-out clause in the summer, while according to the Daily Mail, a deal could cost the Blues as much as £40million.

- According to The Sun, Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho could land Costa for £35million.

- Manchester United are closing in on Benfica's Ezequiel Garay, according to the Daily Mirror.

- Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu has hinted that the club could spend as much as €120million on new players this summer.

"Each year we have an EBITDA [Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation] of about €120 million," Bartomeu told El Periodico.

"We generally use half of that to fund transfers and the other half to reduce our debts. But there could be a year where we spend the entire €120m on transfers."

- Real Madrid are ready to trump Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham in the hunt for Luke Shaw, according to the Daily Mirror.

- Yohan Cabaye is keen to see Chelsea star Eden Hazard join him at Paris Saint-Germain.

"Hazard is a player that I would like to PSG," he told PMU.

"He would do so well in Paris and in Ligue 1. He's one of the best players I've played against."

- Tottenham are hopeful of beating Liverpool to the signing of Lazio midfielder Ogenyi Onazi at the end of the season, according to Metro.

- Barcelona have confirmed the signing Alen Halilovic from Dinamo Zagreb.

- Arturo Vidal, who continues to be linked with Manchester United, has dismissed talk of a summer move away from Juventus.
