Here's our round-up of all the latest transfer news coming out of the Emirates on  Saturday June 7...

Loic Remy desperate to join Arsenal

Loic Remy wants to become Arsenal’s first summer signing, writes John Cross.
French international Remy, 27, is desperate to join the Gunners ahead of any other interested clubs.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is keen on the QPR striker - who spent last season on loan at Newcastle - who has a £10m buy-out clause in his contract.

Sunderland move in on Ashley Williams

Swansea skipper Ashley Williams has long been linked with a move to the Emirates but Gus Poyet's Sunderland have fired the first shot for his signature, making a £4million offer to the Welsh club.
The 29-year-old is Gus Poyet's top summer target as he shores up his squad after last season's relegation battle.
Williams is wanted for his leadership and defensive skills, and is seen as the No1 priority for the Mackems in the next fortnight.

Lorenzo Insigne honoured by possible move - but one isn't expected

Napoli star Lorenzo Insigne would be honoured to play for Arsenal according to his agent.
The Gunners have been linked with the Italian international winger, with reports suggesting a £17million move for the 23-year-old could be made in the coming days.
And speaking to Tuttomercato, Insigne's agent, Antonio Ottaiano, has talked up a move to north London.
"We take into account the praising reports that Wenger has given about the player.
"We are honoured that a club like Arsenal could have Lorenzo on their wish list."
However, such is homegrown Insigne's standing in Naples, that his agent expects him to remain with Rafa Benitez's side.
"I don't see that there can be any further developments unless Arsenal speak to Napoli directly and Napoli change their view on Lorenzo's role here."

Defensive target Aymeric Laporte signs new deal

French defender Aymeric Laporte has signed a new contract with Athletic Bilbao - increasing his release clause with the Basque club.
Laporte has starred for Ernesto Valverde's side in the last 18 months since making his breakthrough, and has now signed three new contracts during that time.
The Gunners and Manchester United have both been linked with the 20-year-old's signature, who has now extended his buyout clause to £34million.
