Brazilian youngster Nathan appears to have sealed his move to Chelsea.

Nathan Allan de Souza - known simply as Nathan - was expected to complete a £4.5million deal to join Jose Mourinho's men this summer.

But the 19-year-old took to Instagram last night to reveal his transfer is complete.

"A dream is coming true! First of all I want to thank God for always lighting my way, my dad who always believed in my talent and was a real warrior while helping me to reach my goals, my family and friends who always supported me…," he wrote, alongside pictures of him at Chelsea's Cobham training ground, undergoing a medical and signing a contract.

"And I am also thankful to Club Atletico Paranaense, which was part of this journey and where I played for 6 years of my career. Thank you Chelsea for trusting in me, I will do my best to support my team on reaching new achievements. WE ARE ALL BLUE"

Liverpool legend Dietmar Hamann has urged Louis van Gaal to swap Angel Di Maria for Mario Gotze.

Hamann - a former Bayern Munich player - has suggested the stunning swap deal would suit both parties.

"Gotze seems to like a more harmonious atmosphere and Bayern are highly likely to sell him," he told Goal.com.

"He's not happy at the club, and the club aren't happy with him. When that's the case it's better all round to have a parting of the ways.

"Bayern will want to get back roughly what they paid for Gotze but whether anyone is willing to cop a £30m fee is another matter.

"There has been talk of a swap with Manchester United for Angel Di Maria. Whether that is likely I don't know, but Di Maria is the type of player Bayern need, and they have to bring in players of his calibre."

Liverpool have reportedly won the race for Burnley hitman Danny Ings.

The Clarets' relegation from the Premier League was confirmed at the weekend, with Ings available this summer for a compensation figure between £3m and £5m.

And according to the Daily Mirror, Ings has chosen Anfield for his next destination - snubbing the likes of Manchester United, City and Real Sociedad.
